Compress the spring with the specific tool
With a socket spanner mounted on a ratchet wrench with a hole and an Allen key inside, undo the nut. Fix the stem with the Allen key so it doesn't turn. - Once released, take out the different parts
- Change the boot.
Change the bumper. - Reassemble all parts
- Insert the nut
- Decompress the spring
